If you cannot join the class on a previously booked date, you can reschedule the class for free until 24 hours before the kick-off. Our learning advisors will help you with the process and book more convinient dates that fit your schedule.

You can take the SAFe Scrum Master exam anytime within 30 days after completing the course. If you don’t pass the first time, you can immediately retake the exam. In case of a third attempt, you will have to wait for at least 10 days and for the fourth, it's 30 days.

Passing the SAFe® Scrum Master exam can be really tough without effective traininng. If you don’t pass the first time, you can immediately retake the exam. In case of a third attempt, you will have to wait for at least 10 days and for the fourth, it's 30 days. While the course fee also covers the exam fee for the first attempt, any retake after that will cost you 50$ per attempt.

There is no eligibility criteria for joining the course. Anybody who is interested in learning about SAFe® can register for the course. However, prior experience in the software industry and knowledge on scrum can come in handy while navigating the course.

The SAFe Scrum Master certification exam is an online test comprising 45 multiple choice questions. Candidates will have 90 minutes to complete the exam and answer a minimum of 34 questions right to pass the SAFe Scrum Master® 5 exam.

SAFe Scrum Master® certification is valid for 1 year from the date of receiving licence agreement. You can renew your SAFe Scrum Master® licence by continuing your education with Scaled Agile and paying a renewal fee.

Professional Development Units (PDUs) are educational credits awarded by Project Management Institute (PMI) to reward your contributions for project management and maintain the PMP certificate. Scrum Education Credits (SEUs) are awarded by Scrum Alliance. You can earn 15 PDUsand 16 SEUs by taking this SAFe Scrum Master Certification training.

The CSM exam is an online open-book exam that tests your knowledge on scrum principles and implementation techniques. It consists of 50 multiple choice questions out of which you must answer 37 questions correctly to pass.
