How do I enrol for this SAFe® POPM training?
You can enrol by selecting a date from upcoming schedule or by contacting our learning advisors. You can complete the online payment using MasterCard, Visa, American Express or PayPal and recieve auto-generated acknowledgment via email.
Who provides the SAFe® PO/PM Training?
Scaled Agile, Inc is the provider of the SAFe PO/PM course and also the certifying body. Our world class trainers from Scaled Agile will provide you with all the tools and training to pass the exam, get certified and start building innovative products.
Can I cancel the enrollment ? Do I get a refund?
If you cannot join the class on a previously booked date, you can reschedule the class for free until 24 hours before the kick-off. Our learning advisors will help you with the process and book more convinient dates that fit your schedule.
When is the SAFe® PO/PM exam conducted?
You can take the SAFe® PO/PM exam anytime within 30 days after completing the course. If you don’t pass the first time, you can immediately retake the exam. In case of a third attempt, you will have to wait for at least 10 days and for the fourth, it's 30 days.
Is the SAFe® PO/PM certification fee included in my course fees?
Yes, your registration fee also includes your exam fee for the first attempt if you take the exam within 30 days after course completion. In case of a retake or any attempt after 30 days, you will be charged 50$ per attempt.
Can I reschedule the class to a later date after enrollment?

What are the learning objectives of the SAFe® PO/PM training program?
The primary goal of this training is to enhance your backlog management abilities for executing product increments during the product development cycle. By engaging you in real-life product-building exercises, our workshops will cover all required learning objectives like analyzing user personas, understanding priorities, communicating with stakeholders and executing product increments to deliver value to your customers using SAFe
What is the pay scale of a SAFe® PO/PM across the world?
SAFe® PO/PM earns 22% more than regular project managers across the world. The average annual salary of a SAFe® Product Owner/ Product Manager is 120k per annum.
What happens if I don’t pass?
Passing the SAFe® PO/PM exam can be really tough without effective traininng. If you don’t pass the first time, you can immediately retake the exam. In case of a third attempt, you will have to wait for at least 10 days and for the fourth, it's 30 days. While the course fee also covers the exam fee for the first attempt, any retake after that will cost you 50$ per attempt.
What is the SAFe® PO/PM certification exam pattern and passing score?
No, not at all. Professionals from all types of industries pursue this course as it helps them innovate and solve customer problems. Anybody who wants to lead agile teams as a product owner/ product manager can register for the course. However, a prior knowledge on scrum can come in handy while navigating the course.
What is the SAFe® POPM certification exam pattern and passing score?
The SAFe PO/PM exam is an online test comprising 45 multiple choice questions. Candidates will have 90 minutes to complete the exam and answer a minimum of 33 questions right to pass the SAFe® PO/PM 5 exam.
How long is the SAFe® PO/PM certification valid and how can I renew it?
SAFe® PO/PM certification is valid for 1 year from the date of receiving licence agreement. You can renew your licence by continuing your education with Scaled Agile and paying a renewal fee.
What are PDUs and SEUs?
Professional Development Units (PDUs) are educational credits awarded by Project Management Institute (PMI) to reward your contributions for project management and maintain the PMP certificate. Scrum Education Units (SEUs) are awarded by Scrum Alliance to maintain or new your future certifications.
